Welcome to Coleman Spohn Corporation’s Electronic Task Order System (ETOS). The Coleman Spohn ETOS is provided as a service to State of Ohio Agencies and enables them to create and manage task order requests.  Through the ETOS system, agencies  are able to create task orders, which then allows the Coleman Spohn Corporation, as the Third Party Administrator (TPA), to request competitive price proposals from qualified subcontractors and award the work.
