Agencies

State of Ohio Agencies are able to submit task orders through the Coleman Spohn Electronic Task Order System. Once they submit a task order, one of our project managers or representatives  will review the task order, contact the agency, verify the details and schedule a scope meeting. Once the scope is confirmed, Coleman Spohn will bid the project out to the qualified subcontractors that meet the requirements of the task order. Once a subcontractor is awarded  Coleman Spohn will manage the project to completion. In order to submit a new task order or review existing task orders, authorized agency personnel will need to login to the Coleman Spohn Electronic Task Order System.
