Subcontractors

Subcontractors are pre-qualified companies that have met the qualification criteria as designated by the State of Ohio and Coleman Spohn Corporation. Pre-qualified subcontractors will receive bid notification communications for task orders that meet their designated qualifications. The subcontractor will have the option to bid on these task orders and may or may not be selected to perform the work.
